Put 3 spoons of butter
with 1 tablespoon of oil in a Pyrex tray and place it inside a
medium heated oven until the butter is melted.
Put the eggs, the
vanilla, the oil and the milk in the mixer then add the honey
and the salt.
Add the flour with the
baking powder.
Add the Halawa Tahiniah
and 2 spoons of yogurt.
Then add the cocoa.
Add the spoon of Nescafe
dissolved in warm water and mix well.
Remove the butter from
the oven and add it to the mixture in the blender.
Put in the oven for 25 to
30 minutes on 200 -250 degree.
Use a knife to make holes
in the cake.
Dissolve 1 spoon of
Nescafe in water and sprinkle it over the cake.
Cut the nuts in small
pieces.
Add the chocolate pieces
while the cake is hot in order for the chocolate to melt.
Garnish with the grated
nuts. |
